Our next program ventures into the Project Server world. We're very excited about this as it is something that has been requested of us for many years. It is not as easy to adequately cover Project Server in a short format class as we do with our programs focused on standalone Microsoft Project. However, we believe we've designed this training with the right level of detail in order to provide you with tips you can take away and implement in your own Project Server environment.

This class focuses on Tips & Tricks in the Project Server world. In order to do this, we'll demonstrate key best practices by setting up and managing a Program of related multiple projects. In particular, we'll cover:
- Creating a Program in Project Server 2007
- Establish Dependencies between Projects
- Review Schedule and Workspace Structure
- Updating
- Reporting
